Extension to and complete refurbishment of existing dwelling close to the village of Malahide, including the partial demolition of the existing house. The new works included the two-story construction of a new kitchen, study, living room and bedrooms and new ancillary areas. The refurbishment included the replacement of finishes throughout the building and making good and repairs to existing joinery together with new wiring and plumbing to the entire house.
