The project consists the complete demolition of the existing garage and dwelling and the construction of a two story house over basement extending to approximately 630 sq metres house plus 150 sq metre garage. The residence is constructed of traditional block and plaster incorporating elements of natural limestone capped with a natural slate roof. The plumbing and electrical includes a geothermal under floor heating system and a "lutron" electrical system with an extensive audio and home cinema. This house is currently up to ground floor level and is due for completion in March 2011.
