Principal Maintenance is our property management, site services, tenant care and property maintenance division. The Company has put in place a team to offer both existing and new Clients a service that ensures that building maintenance and repair is carried out in a controlled and co-ordinated fashion, to the same high standards as our construction works. This service covers all aspects of building technology.
