Modernisation and refurbishment of existing four-bedroom semi-detached house. The works consisted of the construction of a new kitchen area, refurbishment of existing kitchen/dining area and the construction of new master bedroom at first floor level. The works also included the refurbishment of bathrooms and upgrading the heating system throughout the house and the landscaping of the rear garden.
