High specification refurbishment and extension of existing Victorian residence at Rathgar. Consisting of period and contemporary features, underpinning of three storey return and removal of all external walls at basement level, new steel support structure to facilitate modern open plan design. Special features included rhein-zinc/glazed roofing, glazed curtain wall, under floor heating, polished limestone floors, oak stairs, flooring and internal joinery, and hardwood decking.
