The project consists of refurbishment of and extension to an existing dwelling. The works involved major structural underpinning, tuck pointing to front brick and refurbishment of existing windows, new natural slate roof, copper roof to rear extensions, Albertini sliding door system to rear, new marble floors throughout basement, underfloor heating, new walnut floors and feature walnut/glass staircase, and greywater system.
